Dry Roofing Systems have many more advantages than the older mortar type fixtures. 

They are much more durable, secure, maintenance free, prevent birds etc. from accessing the roof space which may cause other problems, waterproof and weatherproof.

We carry out fascia, soffit and gutter repairs or upgrade to the NEW roofline products such as Upvc Fascias,Soffits

and Gutters - these attach to the new Fascia Boards.

These have many advantages over the older wooden fascia and soffit boards:

We carry out cleaning, repairs and upgrade all types of gutters and down pipes.

It is essential the guttering system is not blocked. Gutters provide a service, rain water hitting the roof drains into the gutters and flows through them into the downpipes and drains.  If there are any blockages then the rain water will disperse wherever it can, if it gets into the roof line or attic space, it can cause a number of problems, dampness is the main problem and will only get worse if it not repaired.

Blockages can occur with leaves, dirt, grime, nesting materials and so forth gathering and preventing the flow of rain water into the gutter system.  We do carry out gutter cleaning and advise to have this carried out at least twice a year to prevent problems.

Block paving is a popular choice for a driveway, path or patio.

In comparison to other driveway surfaces, a tarmacadam driveway is highly long lasting, and it is well known for its durable and resistant properties.

Tarmacadam is available in the traditional colours of Red or Black.

It can be used in a combination with other driveway materials/products.

A variety of edgings in different materials can be used to compliment or contrast the main driveway.

Over time, with wear and tear and the changeable weather conditions, a tarmacadam driveway can be repaired or re-surfaced.

Resin surfacing is a popular product for drives, paths and patios.

There are two types: Resin Bond and Resin Bound.

Both types require preparation. If you have a concrete or tarmacadam driveway already then checks can be made and repairs to any cracks or potholes can be undertaken. These surfaces are ideal for resin surfacing and if in a reasonable condition the existing driveway need not be dug out. If you do not have an existing driveway or other type of driveway a resin driveway can still be installed with a little more preparation.

Resin Bond is where the resin is laid onto the surface and the aggregate scattered and brushed so it adheres to the resin.  This is a rough surface.

Resin Bound is where the aggregate is mixed in with the resin and is then hand trowelled onto the surface.  This is also a permeable surface and therefore, does not require planning permission.  Resin bound has a lovely smooth surface, and is also ideal for wheelchair users.  We would recommend resin bound.

There are choices in the colour of the aggregate.

Gravel driveways are a cheaper alternative to other driveway materials/products.

There is a wide variety of gravel aggregate to choose from in sizes and colour.

Gravel trays can be used, these provide a more stable platform for the gravel.

Very little maintenance is required.

Gravel can also be used for paths and flower beds.

Gravel can be an attractive feature in a garden.

Decking is available in different types of wood.

Brickwalls provide a more permanent structure for the exterior of your home. Whether it's to strengthen boundaries between neighbours or add to a little more privacy overall, they provide an asset to a property. Brickwalls provide a more safer environment for children to play in or to keep pets enclosed. In a garden they can provide seating areas or break landscapes into different areas for more interest. Choice of height levels to take into consideration and choices of coping or capping stones on top as well as choices of the bricks.

Steps - whether for the front of the property or gardens there are choices of materials available. If you are having a driveway built and need a step to the front door, this can be incorporated into the same design. Steps can be an added improvement to the garden, especially if you have a sloping garden.

You could have that instant lawn, no messing about with grass seeds and wondering if that will be patchy.

We supply and lay both turf and artificial grass. Choices available in type of grass.

Preparation is the key to a good surface for a lawn or artificial grass.

Newly laid turf needs a little maintenance initially, such as watering every day and not walking on it for a few weeks, just until it gets established.

Artificial grass is an option, especially if you find no time or want a minimal maintenance with no regular mowing. Just an occasional brush is all that is required.  Safe for children to play on and pets. The artificial grass is permeable so rain water will disperse as normal. Pet toileting will not harm the grass, urine will seep through and you just pick up the excretion as you would on a normal lawn or exterior area. The area can be rinsed with water, if necessary.
